- 1 child under 12 years sharing the room with parents without extra bed is free of charge
including breakfast
- The 2nd room for children under 12 years (max. 3 children/room) will be charged 50% from
adults twin rates (room only). ABF will be charged at 250 Baht/child/day for year 2008 and
260 Baht/child/day for year 2009

The Baray Villa: NOT recommending for children under 12 years due to
all villas has direct access to Jacuzzi and pool.
