Phuttasa Residence, Patong Beach
This hotel was a surprise, the price was excellent, the room was very clean, comfortable & very quiet, the staff spoke enough english to be able to understand you and best of all the location was right in the centre of Patong Beach approx 100 metres from the beach. This hotel is highly reccommended for travellers wanting a basic hotel, somewhere to sleep and close location to everything. Should I ever go back to Patong Beach I will definatley be booking here as my first choice.

The booking service was faultless, very easy, fast & straight forward, again I will be using this company again when needed.

Absolutely fantastic.
Great service staff. The room is also very clean. The shower is great. What I didn t like though are:
1) The mirror faces the bed which is bad if you are superstitous
2) The door lets light through
3) The window blinds do not block alot of light
4) I opened the windows to air the room. As a result, there were quite a lot of mosquitoes entered the room.

Booking service is fabulous. I m very pleased with that.

Great Hotel and customer service. The staff is friendly and helpfull. Cleaning staff was paientance when I would leave late in the day they still would be there too clean. Very quite area and not far from the beach. Good places too eat around the hotel. Again a GREAT place to stay!!

В октябре я опять оказалось уже в любимом Таиланде, жили в маленьком гэсте Phuttasa Residence – и остались довольны, заплатив копейки, я была ни в чем не разочарована. Наш гэст находился прямо в гуще событий – недалеко от Банглы и всех клубов. Две недели пролетели как один очень яркий день – шоппинг, дискотеки, море, пляж, массажные салоны, тайская кухня, после которой в России почти ничего не ем )), все кажется пресным…
Про погоду – да, в октябре мы застали этот пресловутый сезон дождей, но мне понравилось даже больше, чем в январе – абсолютно не жарко, дождь по вечерам шел, иногда днем, но это время мы посвящали шопингу и даже в ливень ездили на мотобайке в Таун, очень весело и экстремально получилось. Выражаю свою огромную благодарность Антону и всему сервису Asiahotels.ru за прекрасную организацию, оперативность, добросовестность!

The hotel completely corresponds to the description on a site. Hotel good. Are purely cleaned, the conditioner excellent. Sometimes did not work Wi-Fi internet. In hotel has rent a motobikes, all in the excellent condition, almost new.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Is really 50 m away from the main beach of Patong but yet is in a peacful and quiet street. The room I stayed was big, clean, good air-condition and with big and comfortable bed. The only set back is the window opens to a piece of wall directly so you have absolutely no view. For that price, it is certainly a good place to stay for a long period if you just want to be at the beach most of your time and not worried about having no view. The staff are friendly and helpful but they speak only very basic English just to get by.
