Nice little guest house. My room was simple but good enough and very clean. Staff was very nice and helpfull if you asked for help.
Highliy recomended if you want a cheap, nice place close to patong beach. But dont expect anything fancy :)
Only negative was that the bed was abit to hard for my taste. Found out that another cheap hotel had the same problem, so its probably the same for many places in this pricerange.

Hotel was basic, good location down town patong beach right in he middle of it. Owner was very helpful and had a really cute pug puppy. Room was ok, we didnt have a window!!!! but clean and air con worked well. You get what you pay for so to speak, would stay there again although looking for a little luxary now!! OH also a bit of a knocking shop, people in and out all night with Thai girls not great if you have kids, but not in your face either.

I ENJOYED MY STAY AT CASA JIP GUESTHOUSE VERY MUCH. THE ROOMS WERE GREAT AND EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. THE HOTEL OWNER AND HIS WIFE WERE TWO OF THE FRIENDLIEST PEOPLE YOU COULD WISH TO MEET. NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR THE HOTEL OWNER, NOT ONLY WAS HE HELPFUL BUT PUT ASIDE TIME TO CHAT ABOUT LIFE AND THINGS IN GENERAL. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE TRAVELLING TO PATONG BEACH PHUKET TO STAY IN THIS WARM CLEAN FRIENDLY VALUE FOR MONEY GUESTHOUSE. MATT GLEESON

Not so good. When you got your hotelroom its not like what you can see when you orderd the room. I got a room without window and it was very dark.

The owner of Guest House, Nicola (Italian) is very friendly and well organized and other staff also pretty friendly and kind. The condition of room is absolutely great and their service is always nice. Very good value for money.
Even it’s only three mints walking distance to go to Patong Beach and bars and restaurants are just a few steps away from the guest house.
I stayed about 2 weeks and was very satisfied where I’m staying at.

Absolutely brilliant.so clean, so friendly,perfect location and good price! Plus were at the airport when we got out to pick us up. No waiting!
