Gute Verkehrsanbindung und doch ruhige Lage. Angenehmer Spa Bereich. Spielplatz für Kinder fehlt, dann wäre es Perfect gewesen.

Once upon a time perhaps ok but now old and tired. Thai villa 10 meters overlooking a concrete wall who has a big road on the other side. Very noisy. Staff says yes to everything but will not be bothered. Dirty rooms, dirty pool. Late breakfast, no taxi as promised. Never in my life can i recommend this to anyone. I haver during the last 25 years visited about 50 hotels and never have i had less value for my money. Warning !!!!!

Friendly people, reasonable resort which is too remote from most other facilities in the area. Very basic breakfast included.

My Dad booked me the Hotel for my Birthday and my Grad from Uni. I was so pleased with the hotel,staff and relaxing experience. I enjoyed my stay so much I wanted to stay for longer. My Dad said d he would stay at the hotel and same room upon his return to thailand. Ooops do not think he knows I was with my boyfriend!!.

I have to say booking was very professional and for sure we will use the same company again.

Very nice, Great breakfast included with the room,lovely staff, very helpful. Room was clean and the bedroom was beautiful. Baths are aging and the shower needed some work. Beautiful pool area.

Tranquil setting. Clean spacious room, some bugs get inside, was bitten, but better after usage of electronic insect repelling device provided. Pool side villas seem noisier but can step out to pool. Pool small and shallow but clean and cosy, relaxing surroundings. Variable water temp and pressure from shower in room within one session. Far from beach and town, shuttle 4 times a day to surin beach, can rent scooter x 200THB/12hr to have more freedom. Night driving back from patong beach is not for faint-hearted as scooters are small, wobbly and have weak headlights. Friendly desk staff, but not that hot on accurate info/maps etc. Wait staff just need training x customer service. Food okay. Breakfast buffet standard. There is a small town incl 7-11 s about 5 mins walk away - night market x food and local stalls. nb, taxi from airport cost 136THB plus 100THB airport fee (if going on taxi by meter), as resort has to call taxi for you - charge is 500THB x 15 min trip. Patong Beach cost 600THB x 30mins. Overall stay is okay, hidden costs with travel, I would choose a place closer to patong or one of the main beaches if you plan to do more than lie all day at the beach/poolside

The best value for the money in the Laguna/Phuket area. Hotel is clean and food is great. Rooms are spacious and clean. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definately return here with giving it a second thought. Nice reception staff (very helpful)and cleaning staff. Thank you for the nice stay.
